1. Due to the limited number of hotel rooms, participants are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. Please cancel your reservation before December 3, 2023 so that other participants can make reservations. Cancel booking process: Log in to the Dashboard → My Orders → Cancel Orders;

2. Please carefully read the relevant information before selecting a house: 

1) Please do not resubmit reservation orders to avoid causing unnecessary losses;
2) Accurate check-in and check-out dates;
3) After successful submission, there will be an email notification. You can also log in to the Dashboard→My Orders→View hotel reservation information.
4) Once the reservation is successful and you do not check in as scheduled, you still need to pay the hotel fee

3. The accommodation expenses will be paid directly to the hotel by the attending representatives at the hotel, and the hotel will issue an invoice.

1、因酒店房间数量有限，临时有事无法参会代表，请您于2023年12月3日前取消预订，以便其他代表可预订房间。取消预订流程：登录个人中心 → 我的订单 → 取消订单；

2、选房前请仔细阅读相关信息。为确保预定准确，请参会代表配合: 

     1）请勿重复提交预约订单以免多留房间；
     2）入住及离店日期准确无误；
     3）提交成功后，有邮件通知，也可登录个人中心 → 我的订单 → 查看酒店预订的信息。

     4）酒店预订成功后，如您未如约按时入住，您仍然需要支付酒店费用

3、住宿费用，参会代表直接到店支付给酒店，并由酒店开具发票。
