Abstract
为解决模块化机床在零件加工中效率低、不良率高的问题，结合模块化机床的结构特点和零件加工要求，研制了多工位模块化机床电气控制系统，可同时实现钻孔、镗孔、铰孔、攻丝、平面铣削五道工序， 保证零件加工的集中一致性，合理安排各模块的动作过程和时间，构建上位机运行监控界面，有效提高加工精度、速度和效率。
