Abstract
基于Hilbert-Huang变换,提出了一种独特的总线暂态保护方法。该算法将连接到总线的两条线路的故障行波电流分解为固有模函数(IMF),并对IMF的瞬时幅值进行积分,并计算它们的差值。根据瞬态电阻和初始故障相位角对两个瞬时振幅及其差值进行归一化。归一化后的两种瞬时振幅及其差值作为联合故障特征。因此,在各种故障条件下,母线故障的故障特性与区域外故障有很大不同。通过对断层特征变量进行归一化,将初始断层相角和过渡电阻的影响降到最低;因此,提高了保护可靠性。通过在ATP-Draw中对500 kV电力系统中的几种故障类型进行建模,证明了所提算法的可行性
