On behalf of the IEEE Southwest Jiaotong University Chapter and the School of Electrical Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University, we sincerely invite you to attend the 4th China Electrical Engineering Youth Conference in Chengdu, China on November 8-10, 2023.

In response to the official requirements of IEEE IAS: student-led conferences should be mainly held offline. Therefore, this conference will be held in a combination of online and offline, but the number of offline participants will be controlled below 30%.

CIYCEE is an integrated platform for young students and professionals all over the world to investigate the future electrical engineering technologies. Following the spirit of IEEE IAS, linking research to practice, leading industry and academic experts in these fields will be invited to present the latest technical achievements and share practical experience with the participants.

Technical papers are solicited on any subject pertaining to the scope of the conference, which includes, but is not limited to the following major topics:

Paper Format Requirements:

• This conference only accepts full-text submissions in English, and papers should be unpublished.
• The length of the paper is 5-7 pages, and the specific format refers to the template (hyperlink)
• Papers must be submitted before October 1, 2023.
